Biography

Chelsea D. Hubbard serves as the Branch Chief for the Facilities Oversight Branch within the Operations Management Division of the Department of Energy (DOE) Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management (OREM). She is responsible for providing effective oversight of the day-to-day operations of contractor operations at OREM facilities. Over 25 years, Chelsea has served as a DOE Facility Representative, a chemical process engineer and chemical safety subject matter expert at the NNSA Y-12 Site Office and a program/project manager at the Idaho National Laboratory. Chelsea holds undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Biology and a Master’s in Business Administration.
