Biography

Dr. Linda Bauer is the Vice President of Transformation for Consolidated Nuclear Security, which is the Bechtel-led entity now operating and managing the Pantex and Y-12 nuclear weapons production sites. In this capacity, Linda is responsible for providing the framework within which merger, consolidation, and continuous improvement activities are planned and executed. She has 25 years of experience in the DOE and commercial nuclear industry in assignments ranging from start-up to operations to decontamination and decommissioning. Linda received her M.S. and Ph.D. in environmental health physics from Purdue University.
