Biography
Steve received his Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University in 1986. He has been a technical staff member at Los Alamos National Laboratory for thirty-one years. Steve provides analytical support for LANL management decisions using economic evaluation tools such as cost-effectiveness analysis, decision analysis, and business case computations of competing options and policies.
