Biography

Born in 1971, Cédric GARNIER holds a master’s degree in Political Sciences with a major in Communications, and an advanced degree in Defence & Security. His career path at CEA (the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission) includes positions at various levels: press officer for group corporate communication, deputy-head of internal communications, head of communications at CEA CESTA nuclear center and Megajoule laser project, head of communications & public affairs at CEA Marcoule nuclear center. He’s been instrumental in creating and developing image & branding for economic clusters linked to CEA’s activities.
