Biography

My name is Young-Soo Chang, an environmental systems engineer, at Argonne National Laboratory with 35 years of experience in environmental impacts assessment in air quality, climate change, and noise related to non-renewable and renewable energy projects, such as oil & gas on land and the outer continental shelf, coal, coal-bed methane, shale gas/natural gas, oil shale and tar sands, nuclear, hydroelectric, solar, wind, geothermal, ocean and tidal energy, and energy corridors including oil and gas pipelines and transmission lines.
