Biography

William A. Most brings over 25 years environmental regulatory experience to AECOM Regulatory and Environmental Services, Carlsbad, NM, where he is the Regulatory Project Manager and provides input to strategic planning activities associated with regulatory matters affecting the WIPP and coordinates the development of key authorization basis documents. He was the Remote Handled TRU Waste project manager responsible for the development and submittal of the Remote-Handled TRU Waste hazardous waste permit modification request and radiological characterization plan. Previously he was instrumental in obtaining key permits and certifications for the opening of the WIPP.
