Biography

Mr. Golian works in DOE's Environmental Management (EM) program and is responsible for developing CERCLA-related guidance and policy recommendations to EM managers and Field Offices, facilitating cleanup negotiations, and serving as the Chair of EM's internal remedy review process. Prior to joining EM in 1991, he previously worked in the USEPA's CERCLA program providing regulatory and technical assistance to Regional Offices, and helping draft major program guidance and policies. He has a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Colorado, and a B.A. in Wildlife Biology and Zoology from Colorado State University.
