Biography

Mark E. Byrnes, is a senior project manager working for CH2M at the U.S. Department of Energy's Hanford Site. He is responsible for overseeing the budget, schedule, and out year planning for a perched water recovery system, soil vapor extraction system, and deep vadose zone characterization effort. Mr. Byrnes has written multiple textbooks that have been used at major universities across the country, and teaches part time at Washington State University, Tri-Cities.
