After graduating in theoretical particle physics at the Technical University of Dortmund, Mr. Dabruck began as a PhD candidate at the Institute for Nuclear Engineering and Technology Transfer of the RWTH Aachen University. In the working group Nuclear Simulation he was involved in projects on reactor simulations, activity calculations and beta spectroscopy of nuclear graphite. His PhD thesis is about the development and optimization of a target-moderator-system for a compact accelerator-driven neutron source. In the project on optimized metal recycling during D&D he supports the team in data research and simulations.
