Biography

Mr. Carignan has over 45 years of nuclear experience from being a certified SRO instructor and operator to supporting decommissioning projects and managing INPO readiness assessments for TVA. His decommissioning experience spans 35 years and began as the operations manager on the Shippingport Decommissioning Project. He has supported numerous commercial and government decommissioning projects as well 20+ years teaching decommissioning and management related topics and supporting IAEA. Carignan & Associates LLC was established in 2015 to provide in-depth support services to the nuclear industry. Support includes planning, cost estimating, readiness assessments, due diligence, training, and management support services.
