Biography

Graduated engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France (equivalent to Ms of Science) with a Master of Business Administration from the Institut Francais de Gestion. He began his career with the CEA (the French Atomic Energy Commission) in the Nuclear Robotics and Remote Handling division. He took the head of the Tele-robotic’s section in 1985 and became deputy director of the Robotic Department in 1990. Mr Clément moved then to AREVA’s Engineering Business Unit in 1992 to become manager of international projects. He managed projects especially in the US-DOE arena for the Hanford, Oak Ridge and Savannah River
