University of Utah
I am currently a Ph.D. candidate and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Utah. I also received my M.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Utah in May 2013. During my graduate career, I have participated in multiple research projects that include experimental testing and finite element simulations. My research interest include numerical and finite element modelling of structural systems, non-linear dynamics of free-standing structures. My current research focuses on the dynamic response of dry storage casks under large horizontal and vertical seismic accelerations. My objective is to pursue a structural engineering career related to nuclear structures.
