Biography

Infectious and Radioactive Waste Management Section, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control: Employment with SC DHEC since January 1997. Engineer in the Radioactive WM Program from 1997 to 2003 (projects focused on high integrity container review and Barnwell Disposal Facility activities.) Engineer in the Hazardous Waste Program from 2003 to 2007 (projects focused on legacy mixed waste at Savannah River Site) and continuing to work 25% in Radioactive Waste Program. Has managed the both the Infectious Waste and Radioactive Waste Management Programs since July 2007. B.S. in Ceramic Engineering and a M.S. in Bioengineering both from Clemson University
