Biography

Dr. Centofanti has served on the Perma-Fix Environmental Services, Inc. Board of Directors and as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since February 1991. In January 2015, Dr. Centofanti was appointed to serve on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Civil Nuclear Trade Advisory Committee (CINTAC). Effective June 2, 2015, Dr. Centofanti was elected to the Supervisory Board of Directors of Perma-Fix Medical S.A., Polish subsidiary of the Company involved in research, development and manufacturing of medical isotopes. Dr. Centofanti has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan, and B.S. in Chemistry from Youngstown State University.
