Biography

Mr. Duncan is with Bechtel National and is currently the Operations of the One System Integrated Project Team between WTP and the Hanford Tank Operating Contractor. Previously he has filled various positions on the WTP senior management team. With 40 years of experience, he has been involved in various nuclear power and radioactive waste cleanup projects. Mr. Duncan is a graduate of the University of Southern California, is a registered professional mechanical engineer in California, and is a member of the American Nuclear Society.
