Biography
Terry has BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering from Montana State University and a PhD from Khlopin Radium Institute, St. Petersburg, Russia. He is a Laboratory Fellow and Director of the Fuel Cycle Science and Technology Divison at INL. He is also the Natioanl Technical Director for the DOE Fuel Cycle Science and Technology Separations and Waste Forms Program.
