Biography

Dr. Vincent Adams has over 30 years of professional knowledge and experience in the environmental, groundwater, homeland security, safety and health (ES&H) fields while working in both the public and private sectors and teaching University undergraduate and graduate level courses in hydrology. He is currently the Portsmouth Site Director in the Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO). Since June of 2010, he has been the Director of the DOE multi-Billion dollar D&D project at Portsmouth, OH.
