Biography

Mr. Poor is one of the founders and owners of Portage, Inc, an engineering and environmental services company with headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Mr. Poor is the COO and a member of the Portage Board of Directors. Over the past 20 plus years Mr. Poor has performed and managed most major corporate functions at Portage. At various times he has been CFO, contracts and HR manager, business development lead, technical project manager, and managed organizations and project groups ranging from a several diverse technical personnel to organizations with hundreds of personnel.
