Biography

James Taylor is the General Manager for the environmental business for Bechtel’s Nuclear, Security & Environmental (NS&E) global business unit. James has 30 years of nuclear industry experience in waste management, facility operations and maintenance, field remediation, facility decontamination & decommissioning (D&D), nuclear materials processing, and consulting services. James joined Bechtel in 2016. Prior to joining Bechtel, he had general management responsibility for AECOM’s environmental business with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) in the UK; encompassing management and operation of complex nuclear and chemical sites, project management services at high-hazard facilities, safety
