Biography

Ms. McNutt has over 30 years of experience spanning nuclear plant operations, project management, nuclear safety, quality assurance, maintenance and facility management. During the time spent over her years of experience serving in roles as a Facility Manager, Program Manager, Operations / S&M Manager, Consulting Engineer, and Quality Manager, she has developed expertise in project readiness, nuclear safety, work control, ISMS, and process improvements. She currently serves as Manager for UCOR Nuclear and High Hazard Operations at ORNL and Y-12. She received a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
