Biography

Steve is a Mechanical Engineer employed by John Hart and Associates doing work for Sandia National Laboratories in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He has been working on the WIPP project for more that 20 years. His experience with the project is focused on EPA regulatory compliance and performance assessment issues with an emphasis on assurance requirements. WIPP assurance requirements include monitoring, multiple barriers, waste retrieval/removal and passive and active institutional controls.
