Biography
Herve LAGRAVE works for the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) in the Rhone Valley Research Center in the south part of France. For the past 6 years he was project manager for new works in the Atalante facility, a big R&D hot-lab dedicated to fuel cycles. He's now in charge of the construction of a new interim storage called Diadem.
