Biography
Justin Tozer is the technical leader for the Waste Compliance and Tracking System (WCATS) project at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of environmental engineering, waste management, and TSDF operations. He has previously worked as an engineer at IBM, GE-Astrospace, and the Idaho National Laboratory. Justin has a B.S. and M.S. in chemical engineering.
