Over 45 years of Professional Nuclear work experience in DOE, Nuclear Power, DOD, Medical, D&D including catastrophic event, and Academia. 30 years of nuclear industry Management experience & former Army Corps of Engineers Commissioned Officer. Professional experience in HP, QA, Rad Engineering, Training, Waste Expert, D&D, & Environmental. Certified Radiological Engineer and 35 year registration in Radiation Protection Technology (RRPT). Graduate of the Army Commissioned Officer Engineering School / NBC course, and URENCO USA Leadership Academy. B.S.- Emporia State University and Graduate work at San Diego State University in Health Physics. Former lecturer at New Mexico University Graduate School and George Washington University. Authored/ co-authored over 12 papers.
