Biography

Stephen is currently the Alliance Manager for the Luminant/Fluor Alliance based in Dallas, TX. In this role, Stephen is responsible for base maintenance and operations for approximately 450 craft and staff employees across multiple sites including 5 Lignite plants and 7 gas plants for Luminant Generation Company. In addition to base maintenance activities, Fluor has responsibility for support and development of unit outages, craft and staff resourcing, safety and quality for seasonal outages that may include an additional 500 to 1000 temporary outage craft. Stephen also manages Fluor construction support and execution of multiple environmental compliance projects as well as development of combustion turbine projects most recently potential for solar power projects. The Fluor/Luminant Alliance celebrated a 30 year Alliance Relationship in 2014.
