Jim Schildknecht has over 35 years of experience in commercial nuclear, DOE nuclear/non-nuclear and fossil power/mining operations. He has held consulting and management positions in Construction Engineering, Facility Operations/Conduct of Operations, Maintenance Management, ESH&Q/Performance Assurance, Safety Management, and Technical Training. He has worked for DOE-contractors involved in Nuclear-Chemical Processing/Separations, Spent Fuels, Waste Management, and Weapons programs for over 28 years (Hanford, Savannah River, Los Alamos National Laboratory and Pantex). Jim is currently working for Lucas Engineering and Management Services. He recently supported a 2-1/2 year project with Luminant Power and the Fluor Power Services organizations in the Dallas/central Texas region
