Biography

Steve Kouba has forty years of in-depth technical and management experience in the nuclear industry. He has spent his entire career working for DOE or one of it's contractors. He has worked at the Pantex plant, for the DOE Chicago Operations Office and AECOM-URS and its legacy companies at the WIPP. He has been successful in developing and implementing complex programs that withstand intense regulatory scrutiny. He has an MBA in Human Resource Operations Management and a BS in Engineering Technology with a Radiation/Nuclear Option. He is certified as a Project Manager Professional and a REM.
