Biography

Mr. Peterson serves as Geographic Information Systems (GIS)/Planner for the City of Paducah, Kentucky. He holds a Master of Science in Geography, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and has received his certification as a GIS Professional (GISP). In 2015 Ben was appointed by the Governor to the Kentucky Environmental Quality Commission which advises state officials on environmental matters. Mr. Peterson has been a member of the Paducah Citizens Advisory Board (CAB) since October 2010 and has served as Chair since 2013.
