Biography

Victor Franklin is the Waste Determinations Director, Vice President, and General Counsel of Savannah River Remediation at the Savannah River Site. Mr. Franklin, a former US EPA senior enforcement attorney, has over 25 years of experience as a corporate and government legal adviser in the fields of environmental and regulatory compliance, contracts, and complex and class action litigation. He is a frequent lecturer in techniques on how to deal with the media and holds a BA Chemistry and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Illinois.
