Biography

Keith earned his B.S. in Geology from Clemson University, a M.S. degree in Geological Sciences from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from the University of South Carolina. He is a registered professional geologist in the State of Georgia. He has been with the NRC since 1986 and has served as a Technical Assistant to former Chairman Ivan Selin from 1994 to1995, the Senior Materials Technical Assistant to former Chairman Richard Meserve from 1999 to 2003, and a Technical Assistant and Executive Assistant for Materials and Security to former Chairman Diaz from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, Keith was appointed to the Senior Executive Service
