Biography
Mr. Howell graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in nuclear engineering. He has worked on many different projects for Areva during his six years there. Recent projects include IDIQ 14, cementation plant design, High Burnup cask design, and government initiatives in the back end of the fuel cycle.
