Biography

Heather Cloar is the Contracting Officer responsible for administration of the East Tennessee Technology Park contract for completion of the decontamination and demolition and environmental remediation of East Tennessee Technology Park at the US Department of Energy Oak Ridge Site. Over the past 12 years, Heather has awarded and administered various contracts for the DOE Office of Environmental Management and the Office of Science. Heather has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
