Biography

Currently serves as Deputy Manager, DOE Savannah River Operations Office. Formerly, Assistant Manager for Waste Disposition, DOE-SR. Over 33 years progressively responsible experience in engineering, program and project management, high-hazard facility operations, and contract administration. BS and ME in Civil Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer, PMI Project Management Professional, DOE certified Senior Technical Safety Manager and Federal Project Director (Level 4). Also, retired from the US Navy following 32 years of active and reserve service as a Civil Engineer Corps officer and Engineering Duty Officer.
