Biography

Attending graduate school at Pennsylvania State University, attaining my Master's of Science in Engineering Science and Mechanics either this Spring 2015 or Summer 2015. My focus is in Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM). My particular discipline is the use of ultrasonic transducers in evaluation of composite materials, metals and the like particularly for high temperature applications. We are currently employing our transducers in MIT's nuclear reactor for real-time analysis within the reactor core. My thesis will comprise a material optimization of our transducer fabrication process for high temperature applications. Graduated Cum Laude from Lebanon Valley
