Biography

Bill Roscoe is an Associate Principal Geologist with SLR Consulting. In 1985 he co-founded Roscoe Postle Associates (RPA) which is now part of SLR. His 50-year career includes mineral exploration, estimation of mineral resources, and valuation of mineral properties, and he has published and presented extensively on these subjects. He is Co-Chair of the CIM Special Committee on Valuation of Mineral Properties which released the updated CIMVAL Code in 2019. He has a B.Sc. (Eng.) from Queen's University and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from McGill University. Dr. Roscoe is a Life Member of CIM and a P.Eng. in Ontario and BC.
