Biography

After practicing engineering for 15 years, Ms. Boucher turned her attention to helping people work together through teams, especially teams that consist of people from multiple engineering and scientific organizations. Laurel has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a Masters in Engineering Management, certifications in conflict management, over 20 published papers on cross-organizational teamwork, and over 20 years experience working with multi-organization teams in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
