Biography

I am a training manager at HAMMER, a training organization managed by Hanford Mission Integrated Solutions (HMIS), that is responsible for Hanford Site workforce training. My scope includes training programs to include Respiratory Protection, HAZWOPER, Beryllium, Asbestos, and others. I have earned two Masters degrees in Management/Leadership and Human Resources from Webster University and a Bachelors degree in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University. I joined the HAMMER team in 2014, and with the U.S. Air Force, Hanford, Federal Programs, and Triumph (a Boeing supplier), have more than twenty years of experience in training management, instructional design and implementation.
