Biography

I joined the nuclear industry after studying physics and spent my early career dealing predominantly with higher activity wastes. My early years were focused on disposal and transport compliance advice and calculations, during that time I became chartered with the Institute of Physics. Over the years of working with many project teams across the UK my work became more focused on strategy, providing simplified solutions to complex issues affecting multiple projects across multiple sites. I'm now running a cross-organisational project to optimise how we attract, develop, and retain waste professionals in the nuclear industry.
