Biography

Annalene Decker is the Nuclear and Chemical Safety Manger at the Waste Treatment Plant in Richland, WA. Her responsibility is for implementing, maintaining, and determining approval authority (DOE or Contractor) for the Documented Safety Analysis, Technical Safety Requirements, and Chemical Safety Management Program (CSMP) per 10 CFR 830, Subpart B, 10 CFR 851, and 29 CFR 1910.119. Including, leading improvement initiatives to effectively implement a first of a kind CSMP and integrate the Nuclear and Chemical Safety program into Nuclear Safety Quality Culture, Integrated Safety Management System, Voluntary Protection Program, Safety and Health, Conduct of Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering.
