Biography

Alex Amegashie, DBA, MBA is the Technical Director & Manager for the Business Process Compliance & Invoicing for the Hanford Mission Integrated Solutions (HMIS). HMIS is one of the prime contractors on the Hanford Site providing integrated services (Infrastructure, utility, IT, business systems, etc.) in supporting the nuclear clean-up mission for the Department of Energy. Dr. Amegashie brings combined 15+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, business compliance part-time college teaching and military services to his current role. He is also very knowledgeable on the federal acquisition regulations for federal contracts. Prior to joining HMIS, he was an Assistant Controller for a power utility firm.
