Biography

Bryan is a Senior Professional Engineer with Caliburn/Project, Time & Cost assigned to the DOE Office of Project Management (EM-5.22) supporting project management areas of policy and guidance, cost estimating, risk management, scheduling and earned value management. Prior to retirement, he was a Federal employee serving in the DOE Offices of New Production Reactors, Project Management and finally, Environmental Management, holding various management and technical positions within the Fernald, Rocky Flats, and Oak Ridge cleanup program offices as well as the EM Office of Project Management. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Cost Professional (AACE).
