Biography

Mr. Frei is consulting through Frei Solutions LLC. Mr. Frei was the Senior Advisor to the General Manager of Bechtel NS&E's Environmental group; previously he was the Project Operations Manager at Bechtel's Hanford Waste Treatment Plant Project. Prior to joining Bechtel, Mr. Frei was the COO of Longenecker & Associates, preceded by working for the DOE for 34 years, with the last 20 years serving as a senior executive in the Office of Environmental Management. Mr. Frei was responsible for budget and planning, SNF and special nuclear materials management, technology development, and waste management, while also serving briefly as the Manager, Idaho Operations Office.
