Biography

Originally from Houston, Texas, Autumn received her B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from The University of Alabama’s Honor College in May of 2019. Since graduating, Autumn has been pursuing her PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Vanderbilt University, and has been working as a year-round student intern at Sandia National Laboratories. Under the direction of Professor David S. Kosson, Autumn studies the chemical and mechanical interactions at the interface between cementitious barrier materials and repository host rocks.
