Biography

• M.S., Environmental Engineering, Vanderbilt University • B.E., Chemical Engineering, Vanderbilt University Currently works at Vanderbilt University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Manages the Environmental Engineering Laboratories and provides technical support to faculty, students, and visiting scholars to assist with their research needs. Primary responsibilities include implementation of quality assurance-quality control (QA-QC) measures on commonly-used lab equipment, analytical instrumentation, and EPA methods and operation of state-of-the-art instrumentation, specifically inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometer, inductively-coupled plasma optical emissions spectroscopy, ion chromatography, total organic carbon analysis, mercury analysis, and thermal gravimetric analysis with mass spectrometry.
