Serves as the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Supply Chain within DOE’s Office of Nuclear Energy. Prior to joining DOE he completed a variety of challenging projects in the commercial nuclear industry, including supervisory and management positions at 4 nuclear power stations in the areas of design, construction engineering, plant startup, licensing, operations and maintenance. He received his degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute.
