Biography

Melvin Frank serves as Director of the Project Management Controls and Policy Division (PM-30) within the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Project Management. As director he is responsible for development and interpretation of project management policy, conduct of earned value management system (EVMS) compliance assessments, and operation, maintenance and implementation of the DOE corporate Project Assessment and Reporting System (PARS). Mr. Frank has over 30 years of engineering and project management experience. Mr. Frank joined the Office of Project Management (originally the Office of Engineering and Construction Management) in 2006.
