Biography

Rich Mogavero is a Senior Project Manager – Incident Preparedness, within the Nuclear Energy Institute. Prior to working with NEI, he held roles within Nuclear Oversight, Engineering, and Nuclear Security. He has experience in nuclear Cyber Security, Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty, physical security, and Unmanned Aerial Systems. In addition, he has a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from Marywood University.
