Biography

Johnny Rogers is a Senior Project Manager for the Nuclear Energy Institute where he specializes in Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization program management with over thirty years of successful nuclear program management experience. A strong advocate for mental health and substance abuse attentiveness in the nuclear workplace, Johnny has worked diligently on awareness and training in both nuclear and civic organizations. Johnny worked in collaboration with American Substance Abuse Professionals (ASAP) to develop a training course for nuclear Substance Abuse Experts. Johnny completed a Bachelor of Science degree in counseling at Old Dominion University and completed two Master of Science degrees in counseling and addiction.
