Biography

Angela Mielke is the Executive Officer for the Deputy Director of Science Technology and Engineering at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Over the past 23 years Angela has held a number of leadership positions within the Laboratory including the Nuclear Engineering Division where teams are deployed to safely and securely collect disused radioactive sources around the globe. Using her expertise in electric engineering and data-analytics Angela led efforts in the International, Space Research Division to improve operational discipline as the cadence of missions increased significantly. Angela has a long-standing commitment to personnel development and team building.
