After PhD in physico-chemistry of materials graduation in 2009, with the studies of the impact of fission product incorporation on the temperature behavior of high activity glasses, Magali SALUDEN led behavior studies under water conditions of high-activity materials such as MOX and UOX-fuels as well as actinide-rich glass, in high-activity laboratory in the Atalante facility during 6 years. From 2015 to 2019, she was project leader of a CEA R&D project on Dismantling and Decommissioning (D&D) dedicated to R&D studies to ensure the acceptability of CEA legacy wastes in sub-surface and geological storage conditions. Since 2020, she is program manager leading the CEA R&D program on D&D.
